Dr. Zimmerman is a board certified physician in Gastroenterology. Dr. Zimmerman received his medical degree from the Chicago Medical School in 1989 and completed a fellowship in Gastroenterology at the Baylor College of Medicine in 1995. Dr. Zimmerman received his Nevada Medical License in 1995 has been in practice for 30 years.

Dr. Zimmerman has 17 years of clinical research experience with ACRI in Las Vegas, Nevada on over 31 Phase II and Phase III clinical trials as both a Principal Investigator and Sub-Investigator. Dr. Zimmerman’s primary therapeutic area is gastroenterology, and his expertise includes celiac disease, irritable bowel syndrome, chronic constipation, erosive esophagitis, gastroesophageal reflux disease, and other conditions.

Dr. Shafi is a board certified physician in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine. Dr. Shafi received his medical degree from Gandhi Medical College in Hyderabad, India in 1985, and he has been in practice for nearly 40 years. Dr. Shafi received his Nevada Medical License in 1995 after completing a fellowship in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan.

Dr. Shafi is well-published and has over 4 years of clinical research experience with ACRI in Las Vegas, Nevada on Phase II and Phase III clinical trials as a Sub-Investigator. Dr. Shafi’s primary therapeutic areas include gastroenterology and internal medicine, and his expertise includes gastroesophageal reflux disease, erosive esophagitis, and other conditions.

Dr. Rahnema is a board certified physician in Endocrinology and Internal Medicine. Dr. Rahnema received her medical degree from Shiraz University of Medical Sciences in Shiraz, Iran in 1994, and she has been in practice for 30 years. Dr. Rahnema received her Nevada Medical License in 2010 after completing a fellowship in 2008 in Endocrinology at City of Hope and Harbor-UCLA Medical Center in Duarte, California.

Dr. Rahnema has over 3 years of clinical research experience on Phase II and Phase III clinical trials as a Sub-Investigator. Dr. Rahnema’s primary therapeutic areas include internal medicine, metabolism, and endocrinology, and her expertise includes diabetes, hypertension, diabetic gastroparesis, and other conditions.

Dr. Mujtaba is a board certified physician in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine. Dr. Mujtaba received his medical degree from Nishtar Medical College in Multan, Punjab, Pakistan in 1999, and he has been in practice for over 20 years. Dr. Mujtaba completed a fellowship in Gastroenterology at the Brooklyn Hospital Center in Brooklyn, New York in 2011. Dr. Mujtaba received his Nevada Medical License in 2018.

Dr. Mujtaba is well-published and has over one year of clinical research experience on Phase II and Phase III clinical trials as a Sub-Investigator with ACRI. Dr. Mujtaba’s primary therapeutic areas include internal medicine and gastroenterology with a special interest in advanced therapeutic endoscopy (ERCP). His expertise includes pancreatic disease, gastrointestinal disorders, and esophageal disorders.
